Design and engineering to solve the trickiest of issues

Whether you are commissioning a new facility from the ground up, or reviewing your existing health and safety practices, if we don’t have a product to fit your needs, we will work with you on a full design review project to understand the essence of what you need to achieve and how best to contain it.
Our sales and design teams work closely together asses, review and customise a flexible film containment solution for you. It will be innovative, technical and cost effective. It will transform thinking and drive results.

Collaboration and evaluation at every stage

To ensure you end up with the product you commissioned, we offer a full factory acceptance testing (FAT) and an Installation and Operating Qualification (IQOQ) service. The FAT offers the opportunity for collaboration before the finished product leaves the factory. For a large investment in a new piece of kit, a FAT can simply give an extra piece of mind that it’s working as it should. A bit like a test drive.

It’s an important part of the collaboration between supplier and customer. A chance to check that all the details are right and the isolator is operating as it should.

The IQOQ follows on from the FAT and ensures the kit is installed and operated to the standard it should be. There is little point investing in a new piece of kit if it isn’t going to be fitted and used as it is intended. In fact, it can compromise safety if not done properly.

Our engineers will come to install the isolator and train the operators how to use it correctly. Armed with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) bespoke written to follow your manufacturing standards and processes, we will train you to make the most of your investment.
